Answer: The recording editor processes sentences individually. In some cases it may result in tiny audible breaks between sentences being read. This situation might occur when a text is read directly from the website. In the generated audio file the breaks will not appear.

Answer: Youshould first check the instruction manual for your telephone exchange. In most cases telephone exchanges support one of the following 3 formats - A-law, μ-law and wav 8kHz.
Answer: For website voice-overs the perfect format is mp3, 22kHz. It offers very good speech quality with a a small file size.
Answer: The 22kHz voice is not suitable for telecoms applications. For telephone purposes we have created the 8kHz voice which is much more suitable for phone receivers.
Answer: To receive an invoice please mark the option “I want to receive an invoice” when charging your account, and complete the invoice form. The invoice will be sent by post to the address you enter. If you top up your account by bank transfer, you can ask for a pro forma invoice to be generated. In the “Buy credits” tab mark the option “I want to receive an invoice” and select the “money transfer” payment option. Once you've given the information needed to create an invoice and submitted your order, you'll see a link enabling a preview of the pro forma invoice.

Answer: The way of stressing a word may be changed by using the ~! signs (tilde, exclamation mark). Putting this character sequence inside a word forces stress on the syllable around the inserted characters. e.g.
